YAN TAT's new 70,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located in Ping Shan (Nan Bu village), which is inside the Shen Zhen Great Industrial Estate. The operation is capable of producing complex designs utilizing the latest manufacturing equipment and processes. Next to the manufacturing plant is a Technology & Staff Trainning Block for regular lecturing, and a 6,300- square foot waste treatment operation.
YT utilizes the advanced equippements in automatic production lines. Each equipped with a robotic line capable of automated loading, transferring and unloading of workpieces throughout the production. The maximum workpiece size can be 1200mm x 600mm with up to 6 stations of work at the same time; shift-team for 24 hours a day while still maintaining customer requirements to tolerances that often exceed industry standards.
